The Slutsk Belt for Vilnius
A large-scale cultural project that brought together artists, historians, and artisans from across Europe. Over three months, the project revived the history of the Slutsk belts — symbols of Belarusian art from the 17th and 18th centuries.
Through public lectures, tours, and master classes, the project highlighted the historical significance of this textile and its influence on the culture and art of the region. Modern technologies including YouTube and Instagram allowed the project to reach a wide international audience.
Development of Social and Entrepreneurial Activity of Immigrant Women
A project addressing the challenges faced by immigrant women in Lithuania — particularly around employment, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement. Over 200 immigrant women participated in a series of 10 integration lectures.
20 active participants then worked individually and in small groups with mentors, coaches, and specialists. The project resulted in a support program presented to the Vilnius City Council.
Art Fusion
A project bringing together artists and craftspeople from a wide range of cultural and national backgrounds. Through fairs, exhibitions, workshops, and networking events, participants gain the chance to express their creative potential and generate stable income.
Today our community of women artisans in Lithuania includes more than 70 women who regularly take part in events and projects.
Sewing Workshop
A new space for women’s creative self-realization equipped with everything needed for garment-making. For a modest fee, any woman can access specialized equipment that would otherwise be impossible to acquire on her own.
Women come together for collaborative work, exchange ideas, support one another, and earn money by bringing their ideas to life. For many, this space has become a starting point for building a small craft business.
ArtCurator
An online platform that brings together up-to-date grants, residencies, competitions, and other opportunities for creative professionals in one place — simplifying access to information and lowering barriers for artists searching for international programs.
The platform is especially important for creators in forced migration or working under conditions of limited freedom of expression, helping them integrate into the European cultural context.
