Who we are

VšĮ Imigrantų verslo plėtros centras is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) that provides wide-ranging support to immigrants — paying particular attention to those arriving from third countries such as Belarus, Ukraine and others — who are pursuing independent work or building micro-businesses in Lithuania and integrating into the local and international socio-economic environment.

Our Mission To strengthen entrepreneurship and socio-cultural integration among immigrants living in Lithuania.

Organisational Goals

Motivating immigrants and providing psychological support as they adapt and integrate into their new social environment.

Providing consultations to immigrants on choosing a field of activity or business and on ways of operating in a new business environment.

Educating and developing immigrants on topics of democratic civil society, market economics, competition, transparency, and social responsibility in business.

Promoting cooperation and collaboration among immigrant entrepreneurs, and encouraging the sharing of best practices with local businesses, foreign and international organisations and entrepreneurs.

Advocacy and practical assistance in developing and promoting immigrant products and services — including accounting, marketing, and business law consultations.

Highlighting successful immigrant business examples, raising awareness of emerging challenges, and helping to resolve them together with responsible Lithuanian institutions.

Initiating and implementing projects aimed at promoting immigrant business development across various sectors, and participating in projects initiated by other organisations.

Promoting and incubating immigrant applied arts and creative industry businesses; organising fairs and creating trade and service spaces both physically and online.

Building an immigrant business community through the organisation of events, club activities, and networking opportunities.
